Features
1) The maximum capacity of the presses can be up to 2200 tonnes, depending on the exact specifications and requirements of the customer. The design of each press is subjected to finite element structural analysis and optimisation to ensure high strength and rigidity. H-frame construction is preferred for high capacity presses.
2) The presses are equipped with advanced and systematic Taiwan hydraulic system, which features anti-oil leakage, anti-vibration, low energy consumption, low noise and easy maintenance.
3) Full-stroke eight-face brass guideway not only ensures high precision but also facilitates the adjustment of slide level.
4) The press is fully compliant with CE safety requirements. When the slide reaches the top position, the locking cylinders on both sides lock it. Two sets of light curtain sensors are installed at the front and rear to stop the machine when a human body accidentally enters the working area.
5) Mitsubishi PLC and 10-15 inch Taiwan Weinview or Germany Siemens touch screen make the machine easy to operate with adjustable specifications.
6) Each press is manufactured under strict quality control management using quality components from France, Japan, Germany, USA and Taiwan to ensure optimum performance and accuracy.H Frame Deep Drawing Presses are CE certified.
